Dexterity is the theme of the day. With the longsword working on moving between the four quadrants through use of the cuts at the wrist. A great hand and shoulder workout. Worth trying with the rapier as well. In the rapier exercise we’re working on the capacity to move between the different guards between attacks to targets. Targets can be easily setup with household objects, try chair backs at different distances.
